Taking more water

Drinking more water aids the causes of infertility and women should take care about their dehydration at the time of IVF. Fertility specialists recommend women take more pure water and it is recommended to take 8 full glasses of water a day.


Avoiding saturated fats is recommended. Taking unsaturated fats and fatty acids is good for the body and these also help in digesting nutrient contained food.
